I get two error messages: first that "Contents.m" is being overloaded - not sure why, when I remove the Matlab function "Contents.m from my general folder it cannot find the function anymore and does not work either (I am using a Matlab 2007 office license - would that be the problem?).

Second, I get an error that it cannot find my atlas template when I use my previously computed model (I did copy the ROIs into the 15f/conn/roi folder). I will try to recompute the model from scratch until Monday (rerunning the 1stlevel analysis as it suggested did not help).
