Hi Anna,
I am still not able to replicate these issues, I did try following your installation sequence for porting some analyses from 15e to 15f and everything seems to work as expected so I am not exactly sure what is causing these issues. In any way, could you perhaps please try the following?:
1) load your project in CONN
2) in Matlab command window type:
global CONN_x
CONN_x.Analyses(1).sourcenames=CONN_x.Analyses(1).sources;
After this, go to the CONN GUI second-level results tab and see whether your results are there and everything looks fine. If so, save your conn project. If you are still seeing some errors (e.g. saying that first-level analyses have not been run) please let me know
