Hi Alfonso, I downloaded CONN 15f, unzipped it, and put it in the Matlab toolbox. I removed the Matlab path to the previous version and left the previous CONN version where it is (without renaming it), then adding the Matlab path to the new CONN version to the Matlab pathtool (I also checked that it saved this). I copied the ROI into the new ROI folder, also leaving them in the previous CONN folder. This worked fine for updating from 14 to 15e, but not for updating from 15e to 15f. I also closed Matlab twice and restarted it to make sure this what not the issue. I think I had this issue last year as well, and solved it by recomputing the model. Let's see if this works, I have meetings all afternoon anyhow. Thanks!!! Anna
